Shipping policy

We aim to dispatch all orders placed by 2pm the same day (orders placed Friday after 2pm, Saturday & Sunday will be dispatched Monday). Any orders placed after 2pm on a working day will go into the next working days dispatch.

This does not apply to pre order items. If you have Pre ordered items, we will contact you to let you know when we will ship once arrived to store.

Orders over £100 receive Royal Mail Tracked Delivery 2-3 Working Days - FREE

Standard Delivery - Royal Mail Tracked 48 - Aims to deliver in 2-3 Working Days with tracking & photo upon delivery (Mon-Thurs before 2pm) - £4.50

Express Delivery - Royal Mail Tracked 24 - Aims to deliver in 1-2 working days with tracking & photo upon delivery (Mon-Thurs before 2pm) - £5.70

Next Day Delivery - Royal Mail Special Delivery - Guaranteed delivery for next working day by 1pm (Orders must be placed Mon-Thurs before 2pm) - £11.95

Saturday Delivery - Royal Mail Special Saturday Delivery - Guaranteed delivery for Saturday by 1pm (Only for order Friday before 12pm) - £14.00

Click & Collect

We offer FREE click and collect. You will be emailed when ready for store pick up.

 

International Delivery

Custom / Import Duties

For orders to all countries outside of the UK please note that there may be additional tax, customs or import duties levied to you by your government once your parcel reaches your country. We do not have any control over these charges and unfortunately cannot predict what they may be, so you may wish to contact your relevant authorities before placing your order to clarify if this will be the case.

We cannot accept responsibility or reimburse any such duties, tax or customs charges.

If they are not paid and the parcel is then returned to us, we may be charged for the return of your package; this return delivery charge will be deducted from any refund value or will need to be paid for before any re-shipment can be arranged.
